One to one package with weekly or fortnightly support. Weekly sessions are a great place to start when beginning a new programme for added support while you build knowledge and skills to ensure you achieve your goals. Package suitable for those with complex health conditions which may include other women’s hormonal issues or health conditions alongside PCOS. Additional support with mental health issues such as anxiety, body image issues, low self-esteem, or low mood.

One to one package with weekly or fortnightly support. Weekly sessions are a great place to start when beginning a new programme for added support while you build knowledge and skills to ensure you achieve your goals. Recovery coaching is for those with an eating disorder such as restrictive eating, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, in a cycle of binging and purging, or orthorexia. Perhaps you are not diagnosed with an eating disorder but are stuck in a cycle of yoyo dieting, emotional eating, feeling out of control around food, or always starting ‘new on Monday’. It is also suitable for those with low self-esteem, who struggle with their body image. I am here for you whatever size body you are living in.
